In partnership with agriculture ministry officials, we co-developed a suite of digital tools for rural farming optimization. The project included:

• Real-time climate and weather monitoring tools for smallholder farmers

• Mobile-accessible training modules to support youth in agriculture

Rwanda – Smart City Roadmap Consulting
Working closely with Rwanda’s Ministry of ICT, we provided technical planning and advisory services for a nationwide smart city framework. Our contributions included:

• Integration recommendations for traffic flow systems, emergency alerts, and digital kiosks
