By submitting a service request or engaging with our team, you agree to:

Respond in a timely manner to communication from our team
Refrain from submitting illegal, harmful, or unethical content

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include secure online gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
Pricing may vary based on the complexity, urgency, or scope of the project.
We offer reasonable revisions to ensure satisfaction. Revision terms:
Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Must not change the original scope of the project
Excessive or scope-changing revisions may incur additional fees
You may request a refund before work begins for a full refund.
Once a project has started, you are eligible for a 50% refund if canceled.
No refunds are offered for completed and approved work unless otherwise agreed.

Moderate projects: 48–72 hours
Larger projects: Estimated individually
You will be informed of expected delivery at the start of the project.

Delays caused by client inaction or third-party tools
Technical errors outside of our control
