At FastHelpOnline.com, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality digital services quickly and reliably. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team, who invest time and expertise into every project.
You may request a 100% refund under the following conditions:
You cancel the order before work has started
We are unable to complete the project for any reason on our end
A duplicate payment was made in error
To request a full refund, please contact support@fasthelponline.com within 24 hours of your order confirmation.
Once work has begun, only partial refunds (up to 50%) may be granted. This covers time and resources already allocated to your project.
Partial refunds are considered when:
The client cancels the project after work has started
There is a clear failure to meet project requirements after a reasonable attempt at revisions
A significant delay occurs that was not communicated in advance (unless due to client inaction)
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your deliverable.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
You are dissatisfied after work has been fully completed and approved
Revision requests fall outside the original scope of the agreed project
Project delays were caused by a lack of client communication or late feedback
Digital products or services were delivered in full and meet the outlined specifications
Before a refund is considered, we will first offer a revision or adjustment to meet your expectations. If we are unable to meet your needs after reasonable revisions, a partial refund may be granted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
